Breakfast Club

We have a Breakfast Club at Whitings Hill.  The club runs in the school dining hall each school day from 7.45am - 8.40am.

All Whitings Hill children can attend on either a regular basis or as a casual user.  A Breakfast Club form needs to be completed and returned to the school office before children can start attending and all bookings need to be made via Arbor at least 16 hours in advance. If there are spaces in the club on the day, you can book your child in but there is no guarantee of spaces being available.

If you need to cancel a session, please provide 24 hours notice for a refund. We will not be able to issue a refund if less than 24 hours notice has been given. All refunds are made via the School Office. 
 
• Arrivals are between 7.45am and 8.15am via Quinta Drive.  If you are late you will have to wait for the main gate to open at 8.40am.
• Breakfast is served until 8.30am.
• There is a maximum capacity of 40 pupils.
• Bookings must be done at least 16 hours in advance.  We cannot guarantee places for ‘on the day’ bookings.
• No refunds are available for sessions cancelled after the booking deadline unless your child is ill on the day. 
• Each session costs £3.25 per child.
 
A variety of games are available to play.  Children are supervised in the hall and then taken to their classrooms by a member of the breakfast club staff at 8.40am.

How to book Breakfast Club on Arbor

• Log into your child's account in Arbor.
• Activities/Clubs.
• New Breakfast Club.
• If the club balance is low, top up the account, otherwise you will not be able to proceed with the booking.
• Register your child for this club.
• Select Breakfast Club.
• Select Day(s).
• Select Session Interval.
• Register your child for this club.
