WHASP (Whitings Hill After School Playscheme)
At Whitings Hill we appreciate that some parents find it challenging to find care for their child after school. Whether you work, attend college or just need some time to yourself, we offer after school care up to 5.45pm each school day.
We provide a range of activities, inside and out, to keep the children interested and busy in the hours after school.
Each session starts with a snack time, where all the children have a drink, sit together and have some toast.
If you would like your child to attend WHASP please complete the forms - see the forms to the right of the screen and return them to the school office. All forms must be completed before a child can start and all monies must be paid in advance.
The club runs in the school dining hall each school day from 3.20pm to 5.45pm. All Whitings Hill children can attend on either a regular basis or as a casual user. WHASP forms need to be completed and returned to the school office before children can start attending and all bookings need to be made via Arbor at least 16 hours in advance. If there are spaces in the club on the day, you can book your child in but there is no guarantee of spaces being available. If you need to cancel a session, please provide 24 hours notice for a refund. We will not be able to issue a refund if less than 24 hours notice has been given. All refunds are made via the School Office. If your child is sick on the day and not in school a refund will be given.

We have three WHASP registers (sessions)
- The first session is from 3.20pm to 5.45pm which costs £10.00 (£9.00 for the younger siblings)
- The second session is from 3.20pm to 4.30pm which costs £6.00 (£5.00 for the younger siblings)
- The third session is from 4.15pm to 5.45pm which costs £7.00 (£6.00 for the younger siblings). Please book this register if your child is attending another club first and then going onto WHASP (After School Club).
How to book WHASP on Arbor

Log into your child's account in Arbor.

Select the correct WHASP register (5.45pm, 4.30pm or 4.15pm to 5.45pm for extra clubs only)

If the club balance is low, top up the account, otherwise you will not be able to proceed with the booking.
