The School Day

The school gate is open between 8:35am and 8:50am for children to arrive at school.  Classroom doors will open at 8:40am.  All children should enter and exit the school through the main blue gate next to the bike shed on Whitings Road.  Morning registration closes at 8:50am and the main gate will also close at 8.50am.  After this time, please enter the school via the main doors near the school office, where you must sign your child's name and class into the late book.  If you do not sign the late book, your child will be marked absent for the day.

The school day finishes at 3:20pm. 

Getting to school

We encourage walking to school. There are lots of benefits: it’s healthier than travelling by car or public transport, it improves the safety of pedestrians and road-users, and it respects nearby residents and parking regulations.

We have a bike/ scooter shed by the blue gate. If you do need to travel by car, please park wisely, don’t block the driveways of local residents or the staff carpark entrance.
