18th March 2020
Dear Parents and carers,
The government has announced today that schools will close on Friday 20th March 2020 until further notice. Please continue to send children in as usual until Friday. It is really important for staff to be able reassure children and explain to them the reasons for the closure.
Homework tasks have been assigned – details have been emailed home and are also on the school website. If you are currently self-isolating, books and login codes can be collected from children’s classrooms on Thursday 19th March 8.30-8.45am or 3.30-3.45pm only. If you would like a friend in the class to collect your child’s books please contact their parents – teachers will happily give the books to them to pass on to you.
We will continue to keep you informed by email, text and via the school website

Please ensure your details are correct on Arbor.
The mother’s day shop will continue on Friday and we hope you will participate in this so that children are able to purchase a gift for their mothers. Mothering Sunday is on Sunday 22nd March 2020.
Please be reassured we will continue to maintain regular contact with you over the coming weeks. Please look after yourselves and your families in these worrying times. Keep safe and healthy; we look forward welcoming you back to school in the near future.
