Where is the bus? Positional Language.

This activity is to develop the children’s understanding of positional language.

• Focus on: in, on, under, next to. If they find this language easy try in front and behind

• Hide a bus (or any toy) and ask the question, ‘Where is the bus?’

 Can the children reply using the correct language? Repeat a few times moving the bus. Can your child hide the bus and give you clues where to find it?
