All admissions for school age children are coordinated by the London Borough of Barnet.
You can contact them as follows:
tel: 0208 359 7651
If you give them your post code, they will be able to tell you if you are in the school's catchment area.
The School does not maintain any waiting lists, these are held and managed by the London Borough of Barnet as above. We are not able to tell parents where they are on the waiting lists as these are updated by Barnet continously.
Please note that we are a highly oversubscribed school with waiting lists for all year groups. All enquiries must be to the London Borough of Barnet on the above details.
We ask all children and parents to visit us before they start. You will have the opportunity to look around the school, ask questions and meet the headteacher.
If your child is starting at Whitings Hill, we will ask you to complete the the school admission pack before their first day. This provides us the information we need before your child starts.
You can download this form below.
Children can start in our Nursery, in the term after their third birthday.
Where possible, we take children each term. However, there are times when we are full and are unable to admit children in the Spring or Summer terms. If this applies to your child, they would be able to start the following September.
We do offer both morning and afternoon sessions. Please note that the morning sessions are oversubscribed and we may not be able to offer you a morning session.
We also offer a very limited number of 30-hour places. These are again oversubscribed. A valid code must be provided at the time of application to apply for one of these places.
To go on our waiting list, please complete a Admission Pack and return to it to our school office.
