This week we've continued to focus on black history month, we've been reading the book Anna Hibiscus' Song. The children have been focusing on emotions and what they do when they are happy. We've also been expressing ourselves through dance in PE, dancing to Afrcian music. The children really enjoyed this and we're worn out by the end of the session! In Maths we've focused on more and less, and began to use the greater than, less than and equal to signs < > = we've learnt that the crocodile is greedy and likes to eat the bigger number! In topic we went on a geographical walk to look for certain things around the playground and local area including bins, fences, houses and cars. The children have done some excellent learning this week! Well done 1B!
